Installation:

process of receiving NOKIA equipment, uncrating and preparing
equipment with configuration built to customer specifications
for deployment to site.

into the wireless network and installation according to

Swap Outs- The process
of removing older NOKIA equipment and installing newer
NOKIA equipment to either improve system performance or
network expansion. Work is usually done during a maintenance
window to minimize system congestion. ( Example: swapping
out of (2g to 3g) or (3g to Ultrasite) NOKIA equipment.
Commissioning
Commissioning and Integration-
The process by which installed equipment is tested, programmed
with configuration and branching tables to be inserted
into the network.

The process of installing NOKIA components to expand network
capacity. Retrofitting faulty or obsolete equipment.

De-Commissioning- Removal
of NOKIA equipment from site for either relocation or de-integration

The process of ensuring maximum network efficiency, cleanliness
and problem solving for performance issues.

of conducting test calls to ensure site integration, site adjacencies,
hand overs and drop call issues.

Battery Installations and Removals-
Battery upgrades and replacement especially after disaster
recovery.

Quality Control- Site inspections
and photo reports with detailed emails of discrepancies according
to customer specifications.

Disaster Recovery- The
process of network assistance during inclement weather or other
disaster relief efforts via generators deployment, refueling
efforts, site reintegration and site repair.
